Terms & Conditions of Use
The core contractual terms for using StudyPermit.com and its education-support services.
Effective 18 August 2026 · Last reviewed 18 August 2026
These Terms define the nature of StudyPermit.com's services, your responsibilities as a user, our third-party dependencies, and the limitations of our role. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, applicable consent notices, service-specific terms, and any fee or refund terms shown when you request a particular service.
1.Acceptance
By accessing, registering on or using StudyPermit.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, applicable consent notices, service-specific terms, fee or refund terms, and any additional conditions displayed when a particular service is requested.
2.Nature of Services
StudyPermit.com provides education-related information, technology, counselling, programme discovery, application assistance, document management and related support. Services may also include scholarship, education-loan, visa, accommodation and post-study support where separately offered and requested.
3.Independent Decision Makers
Admission, scholarship, visa, study-permit, education-loan, employment, work-authorisation and immigration decisions are made by independent universities, governments, financial institutions, employers or other competent organisations. StudyPermit.com does not control those decisions.
4.No Guarantee of Outcome
StudyPermit.com does not guarantee admission, scholarship, visa approval, study or work permits, education-loan approval, employment, permanent residence, processing times or any other third-party outcome. Requirements and policies can change without notice, and you should review current official information before making material decisions.
5.Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents.
- Promptly disclose material changes affecting an application.
- Not submit forged, altered, misleading or unauthorised documents.
- Protect your account credentials and not permit unauthorised use of your account.
- Review material application information before final submission where the workflow permits.
- Comply with applicable laws and the terms of relevant universities, government portals, lenders and third-party services.
We may suspend or restrict services where fraud, impersonation, document manipulation, abuse, cyber misuse or unlawful conduct is reasonably suspected.
6.Third-Party Content
Programme availability, tuition fees, admission criteria, scholarship conditions, visa rules and processing times are controlled by third parties and may change. We make reasonable efforts to use current information but do not warrant that third-party information remains unchanged after it is published or communicated.
7.Third-Party Services
Where StudyPermit.com introduces or connects you to an independent lender, payment provider, accommodation provider, insurer, credential evaluator or other third party, that organisation provides services under its own terms and privacy policy. An integration or referral does not by itself make the third party our agent.
8.Fees & Refunds
Fees for paid StudyPermit.com services are disclosed before purchase or in a separate service agreement, quotation or invoice. Refund eligibility is governed by the service-specific terms accepted for that transaction. Third-party fees such as university application fees, government fees, examination fees, banking charges and credential-assessment fees may be non-refundable under the third party's own rules.
9.Intellectual Property
The StudyPermit.com name, software, databases, original content, workflow design, graphics and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of StudyPermit.com, except where otherwise stated. You retain ownership of your original documents and content while granting the limited permissions reasonably necessary for us to perform the services you request.
10.Availability & Security
The Platform may be updated, maintained or temporarily restricted for operational or security reasons. Continuous availability is not guaranteed. You must not attempt to probe, bypass, reverse engineer or interfere with Platform security except where expressly authorised by law and in writing.
11.Liability
To the extent permitted by law, StudyPermit.com is not responsible for losses caused solely by independent third-party decisions, incorrect or fraudulent information supplied by a user, changes in third-party rules, third-party system outages, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection or statutory jurisdiction requirements, disputes shall be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction in New Delhi, India.
